The hydrogen peroxide method is also a good *preventative. I’ve been using it as a cold preventative for years and I can attest that it works very well. The times that I used it, I only got a small cold that lasted only about a week, and it was only one time out of autumn and winter.

One thing I do, that not everyone may enjoy, is ginger tea. Especially right when the cold is starting. Buy it fresh, slice it thin, boil two cups down to one (slowly).
I add licorice root (two small pieces) to sweeten. It’s spicy but it works – for all cold symptoms! Sip it frequently while still hot and try not to stop until finished. You’ll put on a good sweat as well.
A second boiling makes for a nice ginger drink that’s not nearly as spicy.
intake vitamin D (or sun exposure), vitamin C, limit consumption of sugar, more vegetables, more than 7 hours of sleep, exercises, de-stress (by meditation?), oregano oil and propolis, olive leaf extract, zinc, hydrogen prioxide(put in ears), mushrooms…
